Texts about a funding request, and the consent behind them
By checking the consent box on the request form, an owner agrees that Palmwater Lending Group can send text messages to the number on the form about that funding request: follow-up on the details, scheduling a call, and next steps. Consent to texts is not a condition of sending a request or of any funding.
Stopping texts or asking for help
- Reply STOP to any message to end text messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (419) 616-1975.
- A new request sent with the consent box checked is a new consent.
- Changing phone numbers? Call to have the old one removed.
- Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
How text message numbers are kept
